The company returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". Within 14 days from the moment of purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the product.

Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer The procedure for returning goods of proper quality:

- call 097-002-11-32 and inform about the intention to return the paid product;

- send us the product (the manager will send you the shipping data);

- after receiving, checking the contents of the parcel for compliance with the terms of return of the goods, we return the money to your bank card or send another product within 2-5 working days.

Processing of the return and crediting of funds is carried out within a working week from the moment of receipt of the return at the factory.

Procedure for returning goods of unwanted goods**:

- send us the product (the manager has sent you the details to send you);

- after the product has been picked up, checked and verified for consistency with the product, the manager will call you

When buying products, you get a guarantee for all accessories. The warranty period is 6 months.

*Good quality is:

- the product has not been used and has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, scuffs, stains, etc.;

- the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;

- all shortcuts and factory markings are saved;

- the product retains its commercial appearance and its consumer properties.

**A product of inadequate quality should be considered to be one that does not meet the requirements of regulatory documents or the requirements imposed on it, the information provided by the manufacturer or seller.

We cover shipping costs only if the product was of poor quality. If the product is of proper quality, all costs are borne by the buyer.

According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, are not subject to return and exchange.
