Public offer This Agreement is an official and public position of the Seller who has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Product presented on the website https://nsikorra.com/ua/shop/. This Agreement is public, so it is consistent with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, but it is the same for all buyers regardless of status (individual, legal person, private person-employee b). By entering into this Agreement, the Buyer is fully responsible for the terms and conditions of the agreement, payment for the Goods, delivery of the Goods, return of the Goods, as well as liability for dishonest agreements and all other agreements with the Agreement. The agreement must be concluded from the moment the “Purchase Confirmed” button is pressed on the page of registration of the contract and the Buyer selects it from the Seller to confirm the contract in electronic form.
